What people actually ask

Will the guide take me to shops for commission?

No. We take no commission from shops and our guides are not allowed to either. If one steers you into a jade or tea shop, tell us and you pay nothing for that day.

I have no Chinese bank card or Alipay — can I still pay?

Yes. Cash in RMB is always accepted, and most guides take a foreign card through WeChat Pay or Alipay once you add it in the app. If neither works for you, say so and we will arrange cash on the day. You are never asked to pay before you have agreed the guide, the time and the price.

Can I cancel or move it?

Free until you confirm the guide and the price. After that, tell us as early as you can and we will rearrange with the guide — same-day changes depend on them, but we will always try.

What if they are late, or it just is not working?

Message us while it is happening, not afterwards — we can usually fix it the same hour. If we cannot, you do not pay for the time you did not get.
