Information (including ticket prices, opening hours, transport, visa, health and legal topics) is general guidance and may change — always verify with official sources before you rely on it. It is not professional legal, medical, immigration or financial advice.

Your account & conduct

Keep your login secure and the information you give us accurate. You agree not to misuse the service or post content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, deceptive, infringing or that violates others' privacy.

Community content

You keep ownership of what you post (questions, answers, replies, ratings) but grant us a licence to display, store and translate it to run the service. You're responsible for your content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms, and we provide reporting tools for users.

Guides, experiences & bookings

We help connect you with local guides, hosts and experiences. Unless stated otherwise, the actual service is provided by those third parties, and any arrangement (including price and payment) is between you and them. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, but we will help resolve issues where we can.
