Travel clinics, the local CDC (疾控中心) and international hospitals give vaccines. Important: after any animal bite or scratch, get the rabies series immediately — it is taken seriously here. If you take regular prescription medicine, bring enough plus a doctor's letter, keep it in original packaging, and check rules first — some controlled medicines (strong painkillers, certain psychiatric drugs) are restricted at the border.
